This one-and-a-half story, frame crosswing in Second Empire
style with mansard roof was built by Heber Cram for Francis M. Hamblin Jr., and
his wife Rose Ann Jane Brown.
Frank’s parents were among the first settlers of Kanab. Frank Jr. assisted his parents to run
the dairy business for the United Order in Swallow Park. When the Order was abandoned, Frank Jr.
became a prominent cattleman in Kanab. The present owners are Matthew and
Connie Zwiefel.
